With love - 8 F

It all started when we entered middle school. All our classes were shuffled and we all ended up in the same class- 6 F. To be honest, we never thought we would last this long. We were all just a bunch of hopeless students at first. We never thought that we would make any friends there and we  would be alone for the whole academic year. But then we realised something, we were all new to each other but we were not complete strangers. I mean, we go to the same school, right? We all started talking and introducing ourselves to each other. And there we go, at the end of the year we all were inseparable ( also intolerable 😛) ! Then it was seventh grade. We all know seventh grade. The time when all our emotions pour out of us and we are named naughty for no reason. And again, we got into trouble for no reason, shouted at by possibly every teacher who ever entered our class, got some appreciation from some kind teachers, made evil plots against unfriendly teachers( just kidding, we are disciplined students and we won’t do that 😁) and basically been through all those things that a normal seventh grader would have experienced. We finished our examinations and finally made it through seventh grade! We went for summer vacation. And in March, we all know what happened right? Nationwide lockdown was announced and we were all practising social distancing and proper hygiene methods. We all thought it would be over by April or May. But it extended, now we were wondering about eighth grade. We always wanted our eighth grade to be perfect. But as we know, nothing is perfect. Then our school came up with the idea of Learning Management System- LMS. It helped us in keeping track of our academics and made sure that we kept all our concepts in mind. The school announced that it was gonna start online classes for children of grade 3 to 12. The current 8 F( that is us) found out who our class teacher is. We were so happy when we heard that Mrs. Kavitha Gopal was our class teacher. We all flipped after hearing the news. But also sad because we would not be able to attend her classes in person and have fun with her. But still we saw her on screen and interacted with her. One day, during English class( that was her class), she talked to us about blogging and how that helps to improve our English knowledge. We discussed about what we were gonna write about. She was so excited when she heard us telling her that we can start a blog right away and that we know how to do it. So, we started this blog together and this is the first post of our class blog. In this blog you will be reading about the personal experiences of each and every student and you will be able to know how fun and active we are. So this post is dedicated to Mrs.Kavitha Mam, the teacher who encouraged us to write more and start this blog. She is a very Affectionate, sympathetic teacher who understands exactly what her students are going through. Happy birthday Kavitha Mam, keep smiling !
